Booking process and communication was great even though was booking with less than 24h. Taxi was at pick up spot on time and took me up into Toubkal. When I arrived unfortunately no one was around and the bike shop was closed...

We have just returned from 7 nights in Morocco and the bike tour was our highlight. We stayed in a hotel outside of Marrakech and got a taxi to the meet point, the taxi driver had little English and my French was even more basic. He called the number I had and Asma gave him what he wanted so a good start there.
