Here is the English translation of the second program, optimized for a travel website:
Welcome to Agadir! We stay close to the promenade and the Atlantic coast. At 8:00 PM, we gather for our welcome dinner. For travelers flying from Amsterdam with Transavia (arriving at 7:00 PM), a transfer to the hotel is provided.
Overnight: Hotel near the ocean.
A relaxed morning to settle in. We then head north into the region of the famous Argan trees. We will learn about the secrets of Argan oil, Morocco's "liquid gold," before heading inland to Paradise Valley. This valley earns its name from its lush natural beauty, where we will enjoy a scenic walk.
Overnight: Charming garden hotel with a pool.
We travel south to visit Taroudante, known as "Little Marrakech" for its impressive ramparts and authentic souks. Along the way, we visit the ancient communal granaries of Agadir Ikounka. We then cross the Tizi Mlil pass to enter the Ameln Valley, surrounded by the spectacular colors and shapes of the Anti-Atlas Mountains.
Overnight: Hotel with a pool near Tafraoute.
Today is dedicated to exploring the valley on foot. We walk along small irrigated fields and pass through tiny Berber villages. You will see unique rock formations such as "Napoleon’s Hat" and the "Lion’s Head." A picnic lunch will be provided in the heart of nature.
Overnight: Hotel near Tafraoute.
Wednesday is market day in Tafraoute, a bustling event where locals gather from across the region. After exploring the market, we drive through a dramatic dry landscape to reach the Aït Mansour Gorge, a lush green oasis hidden within deep canyon walls. Don't forget to look for "babouches" (traditional slippers); Tafraoute is famous for making the best quality in Morocco.
Overnight: Hotel near Tafraoute.
This morning we walk toward a surreal site: Les Roches Bleues (The Blue Rocks), a land-art installation created by Belgian artist Jean Verame in 1985. After a picnic lunch, we leave the Ameln Valley via the Kerdous Pass, stop for tea in Tiznit, and reach the coastal village of Mirleft.
Overnight: Boutique hotel in Mirleft.
A free day in the picturesque town of Mirleft. The coastline here features stunning cliffs, sea caves, and several wild beaches. It is the perfect day for a beach walk or to simply relax and soak up the atmosphere of this charming town.
Overnight: Boutique hotel in Mirleft.
Enjoy one last morning by the Atlantic Ocean. After lunch, we will be transferred to Agadir Airport (scheduled arrival at 5:30 PM for check-in). Note: Extensions in Agadir or Marrakech are available upon request.
